Colossal Contracting, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) delivering innovative IT solutions and professional services to government and commercial customers, is proud to announce that its Federal Programs organizational unit has been appraised at Maturity Level 2 of the CMMI Services Domain.

The achievement demonstrates Colossal Contracting’s commitment to establishing disciplined, repeatable processes that support consistent service delivery, effective project management, and continuous performance improvement across its Federal Programs operations.

The benchmark appraisal was conducted December 17–20, 2024. Colossal’s appraisal results are effective through December 20, 2027.

Strengthening the Delivery of Federal IT Solutions

Colossal Contracting’s Federal Programs team supports government customers through IT products, professional support, and tailored technology solutions. This includes developing and deploying hardware and software solutions that leverage strategic partner technologies and are designed to integrate successfully within customers’ existing IT infrastructures.

Achieving CMMI Services Maturity Level 2 reflects the processes Colossal has established to manage this work consistently and effectively. At Maturity Level 2, projects are managed using defined processes that help organizations plan work, monitor performance, manage requirements, and deliver services in alignment with customer expectations.

For Colossal’s government customers, this appraisal provides additional assurance that the company has established processes in place to support the reliable execution of complex technology initiatives while maintaining the agility necessary to respond to evolving mission requirements.

The CMMI appraisal complements Colossal Contracting’s continued investment in organizational maturity, technical capabilities, strategic partnerships, and quality-driven service delivery as the company expands its support of federal missions.
